Compared with FizzWizz users running at 110% CO₂ use and 2% packaging loss. Brewing less counts the CO₂, ingredients and cans you no longer buy. Selling the extra beer counts the CO₂ plus added sales at your sale price, before the costs of selling it. The two are never added together. Figures are shown as ±10% ranges; your results depend on your process.
